A chest of drawers is one of the most versatile and timeless pieces of storage furniture. Whether used in bedrooms, living rooms, or hallways, it combines practicality with elegance. At Steen Antiek, we offer a wide collection of antique and vintage chests of drawers, each carefully selected for its authenticity, craftsmanship, and unique charm.
A chest of drawers provides generous storage while serving as a decorative centerpiece. With multiple drawers in varying sizes, it is ideal for organizing clothing, linens, or household items. Beyond practicality, antique and vintage chests of drawers add individuality, warmth, and history to any home.
At Steen Antiek, our chests of drawers are authentic originals sourced from across Europe. Each piece carries its own story, expressed in worn surfaces, natural patina, and traditional joinery. Unlike modern reproductions, these originals reflect true craftsmanship and bring a sense of heritage into your interior.
Crafted from durable woods such as oak, pine, or mahogany, our chests of drawers showcase artisanal skills that have stood the test of time. Many feature hand-carved details, classic hardware, or original painted finishes. These authentic features make every chest unique while ensuring that it remains a functional and reliable piece.
Thanks to their timeless design, chests of drawers adapt easily to different styles of interior. In rustic or vintage settings, they enhance authenticity and charm, while in modern homes they create contrast and warmth. Whether used in a bedroom, hallway, or living space, they provide both storage and decoration.
An antique chest of drawers is more than just a functional storage unit – it is a statement piece. With its elegant proportions and authentic patina, it becomes an eye-catching centerpiece in any room. Styled with lamps, mirrors, or decorative objects, it adds atmosphere and personality to your home.
All chests of drawers at Steen Antiek are directly available. You can explore our 3000 m² showroom in Almelo to view the collection in person, or choose worldwide shipping. Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure safe delivery and immediate use.
